올려치기 와 내려치기의 모순

사람들은 자신은 올려치기를 하면서 자신을 상대하는 다른 사람들은 자신을 향해 내려치기를 해 주기를 기대한다.

그러면서도 자신의 생각 가운데 무엇이 모순된 부분인지를 가리지 못한다. 망상 가운데 살면서 현실을 부정하는 것이다.

People tend to overestimate themselves while expecting others to underestimate them.

Yet, they fail to recognize the contradictions in their own thoughts. They live in delusions, denying reality.
